CURRENT PRAYER POINTS:
Kazakhstan: We have an urgent prayer request for our representative’s young children—both are experiencing health problems and need God’s healing.
Please also pray for one man we are helping. He is having great difficulty locating all the documents needed to prove his Jewish ancestry.
Moldova: One lady we are helping is scheduled to fly to Israel in March, but she is in ill health. Please pray for God’s touch in her life, that she will be healthy and able to depart for Israel on time.
We have a “fishing” trip soon and appreciate your prayers for our representatives and for the families we will meet.
Two other families we are helping fly to Israel this week—thank you for continuing to pray for them as they leave Moldova and start their new lives in the Promised Land!
Thank you for praying for our representatives here—God has answered!
Azerbaijan: One family we are assisting must sell their apartment before they depart for Israel. They are experiencing difficulty with the paperwork and need God’s intervention.
A lady Ezra is assisting recently had an operation after a diagnosis of breast cancer. Please pray that God will give her strength and prolong her life. Pray that she may be able to leave for Israel.
Thank you for continuing to pray for our representatives and their families here in Azerbaijan, for God’s protection, blessing, and good health.
Melitopol, Ukraine: Please pray for a young lady we assisted—she is now settling in to her new life in Israel. Pray too for a family we are helping depart for Israel. They are searching for their documents to receive their Israeli visas. We pray that their large extended family can all depart together for Israel.
Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine: Thank you all for your faithfulness in prayer and for your support – the problem for an elderly lady we are helping was solved. She gathered all the necessary documents and the Israeli consul gave his permission for her to leave. Please pray for her sister living in Israel to be able to help her upon her arrival there. Please also pray for God’s protection and mercy on the families of our colleagues and fishers – especially for our driver and fisherman. His grandmother is ill, and the doctors have not yet been able to diagnose her condition, but she is in a great deal of pain.
Kazan, Russia: Please continue to pray for the organization of transport to the airport for those departing for Israel. Pray that we can build a good team of volunteers and that we would have enough drivers with their own vehicles. Pray for the growth in responsibility of those who in some way or another help us with transport. Pray too that the Lord will cover each trip with His mercy and care.
Saratov, Russia: Please pray keep praying for a family who are having great difficulty locating the documents they need to receive their Israeli visas. For a long time they tried to solve the situation but nothing has worked out.
Also please pray for another family from Saratov. The father is in poor health, but they are not able to leave due to some other problems including the sale of their property. This has been going on for a year already and the situation has not changed. Please pray that the Lord will help them solve this situation and also to sell their property so that all the obstacles to their departure will be removed.
Pray for two families this month going to the consulate to receive their visa. We have worked with them a long time. Pray that God will watch over everything and that all will go well.
Kiev, Ukraine: Please pray for a young couple we are helping. Two days before their flight their baby was born several months premature and is still in hospital. Please pray for the boy to survive this crisis, to grow in strength and that the family can leave together for Israel.
Lvov, Ukraine: Please pray for a lady we are helping from Ivan-Frankovsk. She and her husband decided to make aliyah, went to the consulate and received permission to move to Israel. They returned home and the husband suddenly died. His widow is not coping well—pray that God will give her wisdom and enable her to come through this tragedy. Also please pray that God will lay on the hearts of more Christian congregations to take part in our special project ‘Presents for Pesach.’ Through this project, we plan to reach out to the Jewish communities in our region, congratulating them on this very special season for the Jewish people.
Please feel free to distribute these prayer points to friends or prayer groups!
