Short Term Mission Opportunities – With The Fisherman

In April 2007 members of House of David Ministries in Fairland Oklahoma took part in a short term mission opportunity with Ezra International in Kiev, Ukraine:

We had the privilege of accompanying the Ezra "fishermen" as they visited with clients that were in the process of making Aliyah, return to the homeland of Israel. Ezra is working in different countries of the former Soviet Union where it is known that there are still many Jews who want to leave for Israel. The most common problem they have is lack of documents to prove their Jewishness. Most Jewish people living in the countries of the former Soviet Union cannot afford the high costs involved in preparing documents for their foreign passports. Costs are as high as two months' salary. Helping Them Return To Israel Ezra assists in the first steps of this complicated and costly Immigration process:
