On Sunday, January 25th, I had the wonderful experience to preach and share the message of Ezra International with Pastor Teck Uy and his wonderful congregation at the Friends of Jesus Christ Church in Scarborough, Ontario Canada.

I received an extremely warm welcome from everyone I met. This congregation not only has a deep love for the Lord, each other and visitors but they also have an extremely deep love for the Jewish people and the land of Israel.

At one point in my sermon I asked the congregation to raise their hands if they had ever been to Israel. I was shocked at what I saw. There were approximately 250 people in the congregation and at lease two thirds of the people raised their hands in response to my question. Praise the Lord! Such a sign of solidarity with Israel.

Pastor Uy hosts a pilgrimage to Israel every year. His goal is to see every person associated with his church to make at least one trip to Eretz Israel.

This pastor and congregation doesn't just say they love Israel and the Jewish people they put action to their declaration. After my message they blessed Ezra International with a very nice offering to help Jews to make their aliyah (immigration) to Israel and several have committed to being monthly partners with Ezra.
I knew I was in an Israel loving church when I saw the huge foyer wall was painted with the walls of Jerusalem. Keep an eye open for the next Ezra News letter where this church will be featured on the front page.
